Prabhu has 21 years of experience in the Software Industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and ICWAI (Intermediate) Certification. He started his career as a software developer; developing games and applications for mobile phones and played different roles – a Team Lead, Manager, Architect, Product Manager and Director – building flagship products, scalable and enterprise grade server applications using by leading ecommerce brands. He has a substantial experience in building great teams and mentored people who are now in leadership roles.

Pradeep has 19 years of experience in the Software Industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications. He was a Senior Software Architect designing and developing software for the leading retailers in the US, Japan, Russia like Gap, Toy R US, LLBean, Adidas. His strong combination of technical and people skills has helped deliver many complex engagements. He has groomed and mentored many software developers, architects and managers during his career and has lead teams through extremely challenging periods including optimizing solutions for Black-Friday traffic for some of the largest retailers in the world.

Murali holds a Master of Engineering Degree from MIT, Anna University and has over 38 years of Experience in Information Technology, International Project/Product Management, Offshore & Onsite delivery management, International Sales Support & Business Development, Quality Initiatives and Large Account Management. He is also a Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 22301 and has been responsible for implementation & certification of the above standards in some of the companies he has worked like Skava, Dell, HP and Siemens. He is also a CMMI Associate and is part of the ATM team at DISYS, Chennai.
